Having previously held a waiting list for new clients, we are pleased to now be able to open this up. If you were on the waiting list a member of the team will be in touch shortly. If you would like to register your pets with us please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to register you. Thank you.
Changes to opening hours
Unfortunately, one of our vets Nicola, needs some surgery on her shoulder and some well-deserved time off to recover from this. Due to this, until the end of January there will be some changes to our normal opening hours. |Routine Opening Hours|
|Mon and Tues||8.30am||to||6.30pm|
Our consultations are thorough and unhurried. We will give you and your animal the time and care that you deserve.
We offer discounts for multiple pets seen in one visit. This includes club bookings and neighbour bookings.
Saturday and Sunday appointments are available within our Priory Vets branches if required.
Due to the nature of our service it is not possible for us to provide a mobile service 24 hours a day. Our out of hours service is provided by our Priory Vets branch in Reigate. If your animal needs urgent attention when we are not open please call the main telephone number and you will be put straight through to Reigate. This emergency staff is run by the Priory Vets team and is not outsourced to other people. This means the team will have full access to your records, and if you have ever needed to visit one of our branches, you are likely to recognise the vet on duty.
10 Evesham road
Direct telephone number 01737242190
As with all our appointments vaccinations are done in the comfort of your own home. The price of the vaccination includes a health check and as ever there is no call out fee. Additional pets vaccinated at the same visit attract a discount of 20%
All surgical procedures will be carried out at one of four Priory branch locations, where we have high level surgical facilities and qualified staff to look after your pet and provide the best of care. This will normally be arranged for you by one of the Hillside staff and booked in at your desired branch. The branches are based in Reigate, Redhill, Tadworth and Banstead and all have full operating facilities. At Priory we are able to offer a full range of surgical procedures and dentistry. 'Keyhole' neutering of female dogs is available at our Reigate branch.
At time of booking your animal's procedure we will fully explain any preoperative requiements and advise you of a time schedule.
Transportation to and from the branch for a procedure is usually possible for a small transportation fee and can be arranged by the Hillside staff.
As a Hillside Mobile client, you will have full access to Priory Vets own laboratory which is run by an experienced Lab technician. Blood samples will be collected at your consultation if required and then taken to the lab where a quick testing and results turnaround is provided. Occasionally there are some tests that we cannot run at our own laboratory and will need to be sent off to an external laboratory, however results are usually available the next day.
We understand how it feels to lose a pet so when it comes to that sad time when you decide it is kindest to put your beloved animal to sleep we will do our best to make it as peaceful and dignified as possible. Your animal will be more relaxed and comfortable in their own home making it a much less stressful experience for you both.
